Recipe: Mocha Buttercream Frosting/Icing

 Ingredients:

250g butter, softened

2 1/4cups icing sugar mixture, sifted

2 tbsps of instant coffee 

4 tbsps of cocoa

Method:
Using an electric mixer, all ingredients together until pale and fluffy.
