Philosophical Monday: Destiny

Destiny-pure energy.  The feeling of being able to tackle the world and conquer all the obstacles that lay before you in one simple, slow and some what calculated breath. Before each and every one of us lies a path already predetermined. It is what lies before our hopeful faces, the journey that we must take, not only as people, but as a contribution to humanity. Our friends are chosen and our lovers are in essence already loving. The light projecting in each moment allows the journey to continue in all of its purity. And despite the comfort of some higher power looking over me, over you, at times one can wonder who looks over us now? I have an address book full of people and in a crucial moment where a fork in the road appears I have many people to call.



Friends are the angels of the now. They provide the immediate journey with support and encouragement. In all of this eternal light shinning upon me, the gleam of the true friendships appear to be as strong as what they were designed to be. If we are all enjoying our journey as one – why do we struggle to answer the fundamentals? Indeed I understand the business of the will to reach our destiny - My journey is important – but by no means do I value my journey over the neighbour across the road, the friend of fourteen years and the ideal lover.

Why does the communication of the journeys on this earth become separate? Even if our journeys are along two parallel roads-are individuals to snobbish to acknowledge their own fate? Would planting their feet upon this earth remove the red from the cheeks of the already embarrassed girl? My only hope is that individuals realize that the journey of this life and the destiny of the tomorrow will never be realized if the journey of another is not aided.

Answer the telephone, listen to the embarrassed friend scared out of her wits to even confront you, and remember that speaking the truth of the today is the key in reaching the destiny given to you in the tomorrow. God looks down and smiles – but don’t focus on the ahead – live the now – help the friend beside you – and confide in the already loving lover.

The rewards of this just happen to be your destiny!
