Recipe: Basic Chocolate Icing

Ingredients:
1 cup icing sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
30g melted butter
1½ tablespoons hot water

Method:
1.     Sift icing sugar and cocoa into small bowl;
2.     Add melted butter and water, mix until the icing is smooth and glossy;
3.     If the mixture is too thick then just add more sifted icing sugar.

Tips:
Only add drops of water at a time to prevent the mixture becoming too thin.
