Recipe: Basic Butter Cream Frosting

Ingredients:
250g butter, softened
2 1/4 cups icing sugar mixture, sifted

Method:
Using an electric mixer, all ingredients together until pale and fluffy.

Tips:
No matter how short on time you are, always sift your icing sugar!  It will save you spending double the time fishing out lumps :)
